At Mother’s Love, we employ fully qualified staff with maturity, experience, understanding, and most importantly, a love for working with children. Many of our staff have been with us over 10 years.

We pride ourselves on the cultural diversity of our team, and languages spoken at the centre include English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Czech, Gujarati and Marathi.
All our staff have completed their First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training, and Working with Children Clearance Check.

Our staff regularly participate in ongoing training and education programs to update their skills and knowledge.

" I never imagined how much love my son would receive from this center. He arrived at almost three years old and did not know English. All the teachers received him with open arms and a willingness to understand and help him learn the language slowly and without pressure. Ms. Surabhi encouraged us to keep talking in our mother tongue at home because she understands the importance of keeping family culture and traditions.
